"appartement zag er netjes uit, de bedden waren netjes opgemaakt en lagen handdoeken op het bed klaar. alles zag er prima uit. Vaatwastabletten waren aanwezig, ook wat poetsmiddel. Zeepjes en douchespul stond klaar in de badkamer. De procedure voor de sleutel ging prima, geen enkel probleem, gewoon de stappen van de app volgen."

"er waren geen theedoeken, handdoeken of een vaatdoekje. de pan (1 pan!!) was vies, wij hebben niets gebruikt hiervan. Geen schaar aanwezig, geen kurkentrekker (dus wijn met schroefdop gekocht) op 1 slaapkamer waren beiden lampenkappen van de nachtlampjes kapot. (alle gebreken zelfde dag gemeld aangezien de borg hoog is) Je kon naast de borg (€700) nog iets extra's afkopen voor €84 maar dat vond ik te veel naast de reguliere borg?! Je kan nergens je koffers kwijt voor en na het verblijf. Een early check-in en late check out kan je kopen maar dit zijn echter enkele uurtjes. Hier had ik niet op gelet tijdens het boeken. appartement heeft weinig natuurlijk licht, maar je bent toch op pad overdag!"
